We get particularly busy during September and October so please be patient. At our busy times we prioritise faults and enrolments. However, we aim to respond to your query within one working day
When contacting us, please provide full details of your request including Module ID codes/ Blackboard username/email addresses
Do you need to enrol staff onto several modules? Please provide us with a list (spreadsheet preferably) of Module ID codes

Please do not add students to Blackboard. Students must first be enrolled on the module in SITS to be fully enrolled on the Blackboard module.
When will my modules be made available?
Semester 1 modules are made available in the last week in September
Semester 2 modules are made available in the last week in January
