To support teachers new to using Zoom, at the start of each semester we will run a Zoom – The Basics for Engaging Teaching and Zoom – Advanced Tools for Engaging Teaching live session.

Recordings, audio/chat transcripts and presentation slides from previous sessions can be found below, if live sessions are missed.

For February and March, weekly workshops will be available to offer more focussed and hands-on learning about:

  • Breakout rooms
  • Polls
  • Shared content

Workshops aim to demonstrate how these functions can be incorporated into engaging teaching strategies in a variety of contexts.

Please note that workshops are not recorded. ‘Basics’ and ‘Advanced’ sessions are. If you have not attended one or both, it is recommended that they are viewed before attending a workshop (see opposite links).
