Zoom logoTo support teaching staff who are new to using Zoom or who may need a ‘refresher’, SALT have compiled a range of resources to guide you. These are designed to help get you started with Zoom, or to identify those advanced tools which may further enhance teaching and student engagement.

Getting Started – where to get help


Your first point of information for Zoom is the Swansea University Intranet pages on using Zoom and using Zoom in Canvas.


The team at The Welsh Video Network (based at Swansea University) manages Swansea University’s Zoom service and can be contacted by emailing wvn-support@swansea.ac.uk.


Further trouble shooting can be found at the Zoom Help Centre and the Zoom YouTube channel.
