What is it?
Make One Change is a project led by Swansea Academy of Learning and Teaching in order to encourage and assist staff in making small changes in their teaching.
Each month a new theme will be considered and events and suggestions will be advertised for staff to attend and consider. Over the coming months, written case studies and videos will be published as a resource and made available for staff at Swansea University. The themes are linked to the National Student Survey questions and the UK Professional Standards Framework.
